Preferably 1wk on 1wk off or 2wks at a timeThis position is for 24hr call + cathlab coverageSchedule: Sun-Sun; 7a-7aCathlab: Mon-Fri; 7a-5pEstimated Shifts/Month: 3May get called in 0 - 4 times throughout a weekend. Our staff is usually called in 10 times a month on average. Hospitalists do the admission. We see patients in consult only. Cardiology is not the admitting physician. Will need to cover STEMIs, cardiac caths, interventions and it's preferred that the provider does cardiac cath and PE workNo APP supportPatient load during 7a-5p: 0-7 max for add on procedures in the cathlabNo CT surgery onsite - would be sent to HarrisburgSince only inpatient - 0-8; Mostly around 2-3 daily Procedures: PCI and PEMinimum # Years Experience: 3EMR: EpicActive PA License Required ACLS, BLS Required Must be local enough to drive in - a radius of no more than 5hrsCandidate will work soloAverage Admission While On Call: 3Types of Calls: 30min ResponseSwitchboard will notify the physician of a STEMI via phone and pager.
