  • Call Night/Weekend required for emergent surgeries

  • Scheduled Clinic Hours + Call
  • EMR: Epic
  • Patients Per Shift: 5 10
  • Beds in Facility: 8 OR
  • Active WA License Required or IMLC
  • Board Certified Required
  • ACLS, BLS, PALS Required
  • Call Type: Beeper
  • Call Response Time Required: 30 minutes
  • Call Ratio: 1 in 7
  • Trauma Level I
