8, 10, 12-hour shifts (guaranteed 8 hours)

Shifts can vary from 3p-11p to 7a-7p

Call Coverge: Weekday Day 1-7a-7p (12 hour guarantee); Weekend Nights 7p-7a (12 hour on call must be within 30 minutes ofhospital

Weekend Days 2 on call as backup for day andnight shift person (may work 4 or 5 hours or none)

Not required to Supervise CRNAs

90% Adult, 10% Pediatric

Case types: 70% OB 10% Neuro 5% Thoracic 5% Complex 5% Ortho

Standard procedures required: Adult, Pediatric, Spinal, Regional, OB, Neuro (head/spine), Thoracic & complex vascular (except Open Heart), Complex Ortho, Pain Management, Post-Op Epidural & Extremity Block, Vent Management, Eval & MNG Acute Vol/BP Issues, C-Lines, Arterial Lines

Required:

CA license; active and unrestricted

BC/BE within 5 years of residency

Travel Expenses and Malpractice Insurance are provided.
