Central Minnesota community seeks a Hospitalist for their growing program. Block Schedule, primarily day shift with 1:8 week rotation to night shift, seeing an average of 13 patients per day. Hospitalist runs codes and procedures are not required. Open to Family and Internal Medicine trained physicians. Hospital Employee .  1:10 Call Ratio.   Annual Salary.  Signing Bonus available, contact us for details.  Relocation Bonus available.  Day $1726.20/12 hour shift, Nights are $2,237.40/12 hour shift. 1.0FTE = 168 shifts per year. 8:00a.m. - 8:00p.m. Coverage is mainly days..  Hospitalists will cover Med/Surg & ICU to include ventilator management.  Schedule: 7 on 7 off.  Total number of physicians in specialty currently in department at practice site: 7 .  Fully staffed with 9 hospitalists.  Average inpatient practice volume per day: 12-13 encounters per hospitalist.' Average daily census on unit: 50-60 .  Hospitalist runs codes.  No procedures required (general surgery performs central lines).  $50,000 starting bonus.  $10,000 relocation assistance.  Earnings well in excess of $300,000.
