• 8 - 13 cases per day per provider, 20 - 35 total cases per day
• General, ortho, OB, minor vascular, urology, GI, GYN, endo and must be able to do regional blocks
• Credentialing needed
• DEA needed
• Paid malpractice insurance; pre-paid travel and housing expenses
