Open dates:
- 5/16 to 5/23. Orientation Thursday 5/15
- 6/20 to 6/27
- 7/18 to 7/25
- 8/22 to 8/29
- 9/19 to 9/26
Schedule:
- M-F clinic 8a-5p plus night call 5p-8a
- Weekend call: Saturday 8a - Monday 8a
Provider needed monthly for 7 days of coverage from Friday - Friday - will not consider providers who can't cover 7 day stretches at a time
Will rotate providers but must be same provider for full week assignment
Orientation on Thursday before the first day of assignment

14 Beds in Facility
Admissions Required
Hospital Stroke Certified
