Hourly Pay between $170 - $180/hour

Hourly Pay between $145 - $175/hour

Houston Market:
7 Sites Available
Hourly Pay between $170 - $190/hour

Urgent Locations (Rural South Texas Market):
4 Sites Available
Hourly Pay is $300/hour

Critical Access Locations (Rural Southeast Texas Market):
8 Sites Available

Company has 31 Free Standing Emergency Centers (FSER) across various locations
in Texas. Company has many low volume, freestanding emergency centers, running
24 hours daily.
These roles ensure the delivery of high-quality, efficient, and cost-effective
emergency medical care across specified locations while aligning with
organizational goals, regulatory standards, and industry best practices.
Focus is on providing high-quality patient care as part of a healthcare team.

OPTIONS AVAILABLE:
Full Time Physicians ' commitment obligations of 144 hours/month
Part Time Physicians ' commitment obligations of 72 hours/month
PRN Physicians ' commitment obligations of 24 hours/month

Qualifications / Education Needed:
'Completed Internal Medicine, Family Medicine or Emergency Medicine
residency with at least 2 years of ER experience
'Active Texas State Licensure
'BLS/PALS/ACLS/ATLS

Experience Needed:
'Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience in emergency medicine.
'Experience preferably in a free-standing emergency department or
urgent care setting.
'Experience managing multiple clinical sites and leading
cross-functional teams.

Skills and Competencies Needed:
'Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
'Ability to build rapport with patients
'Strong attention to detail
'Proven ability to manage clinical quality, and operational
performance.
'Familiarity with healthcare regulations, accreditation standards, and
clinical guidelines.
'Ability to work collaboratively with administrative and clinical
teams.
'Demonstrated strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.

Pay range: Competitive pay, ranging up to $300 per hour, based on market
standards
Looking for Part-Time and Full-Time candidates.
Malpractice + Tail coverage available.
Occurrence Based Insurance included.
Observation and CDI/RVU incentives

The Facilities provide the following/includes:
Equipment: CT, X-Ray, US, and Lab
EMR: T-System EV & E-Power Doc (electronic)
Physician area with sleep room and private restroom/shower

*NOTE: There are also Facility Medical Director (FMD) Positions Available for
many of these sites!!
