A surgery center is seeking an anesthesiologist for locum tenens coverage.
Visit the Riddick's Folly House Museum, Sleepy Hole Park, or Seaboard Station Railroad Museum while on assignment in Suffolk, Virginia.
This facility operates under a care team model, focusing primarily on orthopedic cases and total joints, along with some ENT and pediatric cases, though none are severe or involve infants. MDs provide medical supervision 90% of the time and step in to relieve CRNAs as needed. The site typically runs 3-4 rooms per day with a 1:3 or 1:4 MD to CRNA ratio. Local hospital MDs are available for additional support if required. Coverage is provided Monday through Thursday, with a lighter schedule on Fridays.
