• Must have active state license
• BC required
• Weekdays, Days, No call
• ACLS, BLS and PALS required
• Must have recent experience in acute care hospitals
• Ortho, vascular, neuro head & spine, OB, peds, regional, thoracic, trauma required
• Credentialing not needed
• DEA needed
• Paid malpractice insurance; pre-paid travel and housing expenses
