Looking for ASAP starts to help once a month/weekly
Seeking a Heart Failure Cardiologist with expertise and training in advanced heart failure, mechanical circulatory support and heart transplantation to join the Advanced Heart Failure Center
This is an integrated AHF cardiology and surgical program that provides high-quality, comprehensive care in all spectrums of diagnostic and therapeutic heart failure service
Schedule is Monday through Friday/ monthly
Ambulatory hours M-F 8a-5pm; Inpatient hours M-F 8a-5pm
Advanced Heart Failure Physician needed
Will be rounding on inpatient AHF service as well as ambulatory care of heart failure patients
We do not perform heart transplantations; the group collaborates closely with four regional heart transplant referral centers
Advanced surgical treatment options include implantable heart devices, including percutaneous and surgical Impellas and ECMO
8-12 inpatient; outpatient 2-4
15 patients a day
Inpatient has intermittent inpatient APP, office has a customer service rep, MA, RN
No Call must work onsite
BC/BE by the ABIM in Advanced Heart Failure/Transplant
Completion of an ACGME accredited heart failure fellowship
Proficient in management of short-term mechanical support devices including Impella and ECMO
More than 5 years post-fellowship experience is preferred
Eager to work in a growing, high-volume practice and have excellent interpersonal skills
