• Must have active state license
• BC or BE required
• Weekdays, Days
• ACLS needed and full time coverage preferred but will consider a minimum of 2 weeks
• 10 - 14 patients per day, 100% outpatient
• Dressing changes/wound care
• Credentialing needed
• DEA needed
• Paid malpractice insurance; pre-paid travel and housing expenses
• Assignment details and time entry in online portal
