What to Expect in Your Practice

• Manageable Patient Load: See 18-20 patients per day in two four-hour clinic sessions.
• Work-Life Balance: A 40-hour workweek with 28 clinical hours and 4 administrative hours, giving you time for both patient care and professional growth.
• Minimal Call Responsibilities:  Call is rare, and if you opt in, the compensation is highly competitive, so much so that there's a waitlist!
• Seamless Documentation: Work efficiently with EPIC EMR, reducing administrative burdens and giving you more time with patients.

Compensation & Incentives

• Competitive Salary: $217,235 - $245,211
• Productivity Bonus: Up to $44,000 annually
• Sign-On Bonus: Up to $50,000
• Retention Bonus: Up to $50,000
• Loan Repayment: Up to $250,000 in federal support
• Relocation Assistance: Up to $25,000
• Visa Sponsorship: Cap-exempt & fully supported
