• Schedule:Monday-Friday, minimum of 2 consecutive weeks on, preferably full-time 4 weeks per month
• Job Setting:Outpatient clinic, 10-14 patients per day
• Type of Cases: In office dressing changes/wound care
• Credentialing:30-90 days

• Board Certified orBoard Eligible Infectious Disease
• Certifications: DEA
• Licensure:Active Arizona license is required
