Practice Setting

• Inpatient care at a regional hospital 
• Level III Trauma Center 
• Patient panel consists of healthy pediatric to geriatric patients

Schedule

• Monday-Friday, 6 AM start
  • Shifts are 10-13 hours, with overnight call rotation
  • Post-call day off after on-call shift

Procedures and Cases

• Blocks for ortho, OBGYN, and general surgery
• CRNAs handle cardiac cases, doctors assist as needed

Requirements

• Board-certified or eligible within 5 years
• Active Kentucky license or IMLC LOQ

Credentialing Requirements

• Credentialing takes approximately 45 days
• Active IMLC LOQ can expedite process
