ROLE

100% Outpatient Pediatrics

Join 3 Physicians, 2 PNPs, 1 FNP

Average 20 patients per day

Meditech EMR

Procedures expected : circs, suture, staple, I&D, frenulum clips

Support staff includes LPN 1 dedicated LPN with additional MA/LPN assistance as needed

Shared Call schedule

Answering service transfers clinical calls to nurse triage line. 

Monthly Hospital Call (minus 1 weekend) is divided equally among the Doctors. 

During regular business hours Pediatrician covers patient.

HOSPITAL

Community hospital with a level 2B NICU, labor & delivery floor and outpatient surgery center. Annually draws 35,000 unique patients with an average ED volume of 24,000 visits & 730 births annually. No trauma designation.

PACKAGE

Salary DOE up to $275,000 plus wRVU productivity incentives
