Large Health system in Western Illinois near the Quad Cities area of IL/IA is seeking a Family Medicine Physician for a full time opportunity.

• Rural Health Clinic
• Just south of Moline, IL
• 4 - 10 hour days
• Call 1:6 - typically less than 5 calls a week at clinic.
• When on call you will round patients in adjacent hospital.
• Average 22ppd.
• 16k local population.
• Must be BC or BE.
• EMR- Cerner.
• All experience levels welcome. Visa sponsorship not offered.
• $250-275K or market salary based on experience, $150K sign on bonus available, benefits.
• After 2 years, move to production based wRVU model.
