Practice Setting

• Primarily trauma call and ER coverage, with opportunities for clinic time for consultation and follow-ups
• Modern operating rooms with 4 Da Vinci systems, including the Da Vinci D5
• ER focuses on bread-and-butter procedures like appendectomies, cholecystectomies, hernia repairs, and bowel obstructions

Schedule

• 24-hour shifts with flexibility to work from home (within 15 minutes of the hospital) after 7 PM
  • Weekdays emphasize ER call coverage and patient management
  • Weekends include rounding, patient consults, and call coverage
• Clinic is optional on scheduled days with designated clinic space

Compensation and Benefits

• Guaranteed salary of $504,000 annually
• ACO Shared Savings (CEP program), enjoy a CME allowance of up to $3,000 annually, and receive full reimbursement for licensure and DEA fees
