Outpatient Advanced Primary Care Opportunity - Northern Denver

We seek a dedicated and compassionate Family Medicine Physician for an advanced primary care clinic opportunity. In this full-time role, you will work four days in Northglenn and one day in Greeley. The client offers flexibility regarding your travel day and shift timings.

In this role, you will offer primary care services, manage chronic diseases, and advocate for health and wellness at an employer-sponsored clinic. If you are passionate about prioritizing patient care over quotas, and focusing on well-being rather than billing, this is the perfect opportunity for you!

Key Details:

• Schedule:
• 4 days per week at the Northglenn clinic and 1 day per week at the Greeley clinic (mileage covered)
• Flexible day for Greeley clinic coverage, with 8 hours of coverage required
• Clinic Hours: 7:00 AM - 6:00 PM (40-hour workweek with flexible scheduling, e.g., 7:00 AM-4:00 PM or 10:00 AM-6:00 PM)
• Manage only 12-14 patients per day
• Smaller patient panel (less than half the traditional PCP panel size)
• Focus on outcomes, NOT production
• Salary: $250,000 negotiable based on experience

Qualifications:

• BE/BC in family medicine or internal medicine (see patients 3+ years)
• Procedure experience is a huge plus!
