- Part-time or Full-time (2-5 days/week)
- Flexible schedule and workweek, option of extended morning or evening hours
- Diverse spectrum of interesting and complex patients
- Ability to choose patient mix and practice at top of license
- Weekly onsite CME, and CME/grand rounds available through Mayo Clinic Care Network
- 24-hour in-house hospitalist services
- Option to teach medical students and advanced practice trainees
- Full complement of medical and surgical specialties available for support
- State-of-the-Art Surgical and Inpatient Facilities and Technology
- Base salary that continues beyond the first contract term, wRVU bonus, loan assistance, signing bonus, relocation, CME stipend
- Loan support during or following training (your choice of monthly, quarterly or annual stipend)
- Public Service Loan Forgiveness Program (PSLF) qualifying employer
- Wellness Park, Findlay - Opening January 2025!
- TRULY Board Eligible (within 5 years of eligibility with plans to test) or Board Certified in Family Medicine (will not accept IM) -REQUIRED
- OH license (or willing to obtain) -REQUIRED
- Date of agency's last communication with provider -REQUIRED
