Join a well-established single-physician nephrology practice, supported by a dedicated clinic team including a Medical Assistant, LVN, and Medical Scribe.

Practice Setting:

• This opportunity provides coverage for the practice while the current physician is on vacation from March 17, 2025, to April 25, 2025.
• The clinic operates independently, with dialysis services provided by a nearby facility (located 0.5 miles from the hospital).

Schedule:

• Weekdays only: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM - 3:30 PM.
• No weekend coverage is required.
• Flexible schedule integration for dialysis responsibilities.

Cases & Procedures:

• Manage a clinic volume of 15-20 patients per day.
• Handle both clinic and inpatient nephrology consults.
• Dialysis coordination as needed with DCI.
• Inpatient consults are typically scheduled before or after clinic hours and can be conducted remotely or in person based on physician preference.

Qualifications:

• Board-certified or board-eligible in Nephrology.
• Comfortable using Tenzing EMR for patient documentation and care.
• Able to complete separate credentialing for dialysis at DCI.
• Strong organizational and interpersonal skills to manage a diverse patient population in both clinic and inpatient settings.
