AdventHealth Medical Group is seekingto employ an experienced board-certified General Surgeonfor locations in Davenport andLake Wales Florida. Full-time surgicalist opportunity, 7 days on and 7 days off with 3 extra days, totaling 17 shifts a month. Schedule could be modified. Services include ED, hospital rounding, surgeries but no clinic time. 7 dayscovering AdventHealth Heart of Florida and 7 days covering AdventHealth Lake Wales, with 3 additional days covering which ever hospital needs the coverage. Coverage would not include both hospitals on the same day. The surgeon must enjoy collaborations with theircolleagues and be a team-player with the medical staff, medical group & their staff. No clinic is expected during the shifts.

Requirements for the position:

• Board Certified General Surgery
• 5+ years' experience a must; Preferred experience in asmall-medium community hospital.
