Shift responsibilities: Neo cover the NICU and newborn nursery
Level III NICU
Sub-specialty back up: Respiratory therapy; lactation consultant, and Neonatal transport team at facility. Eye exams (ophthalmology for ROP); These tests are read the same day.
Shift times: 24-hour shifts; in-house during the day and call at night
Total bed size: 420
NICU and Newborn bed size: 18 NICU; 20 Nursery
Annual Births/Deliveries: 1600
Average Daily Census: 11 NICU; 8 Well-baby
Midlevel support; daily NNP coverage
EMR: EPIC and PremiEHR
Average patient age: Newborn
Board Certified
Board Eligible
NRP
Active AL license
