Locums Arlington, Texas, Urology Opening

- Shifts: 7a-7a
- On-call physicians don't need to stay on site 24/7. They just need to be able to get to the hospital within 30 minutes of being called so a hotel nearby would be fine
- Daily Patient Volume: 8
- Must have Active DEA, License and no Malpractice
- Monthly Coverage: 27 to 28 days of coverage needed. Accept patients from ED and transfer center. Assume any patients in-house for consults from shift prior and any new medical patients admitted
- Support Staff: No mid-level support
- Daily Shift Requirement: 24-hour call coverage, a typical provider is spending 8 hrs. on site on average covering the service
- Practice EMR: Meditech
- Board Certified/Board Eligible Required
- Certification: Standard Urology procedures in keeping with ED based volumes
- This coverage is needed prior to the next fiscal year due to the level 2 trauma requirement for urology on call 24/7
