• Schedule: Mon-Fri (days) 7am-3pm (8 hour day) -Call Ratio: 1:2 (2 surgeons rotate weeks)
• 7 ON 7 OFF 1:2 RATIO
• Dates of Coverage: ASAP (upon medical staff credentialing) 3-4 weeks approx
• Practice Setting: The Cardiac Surgeon locum would also have outpatient scheduled patients.
• Board Certified
• Fellowship Training
• NY License
• BLS, ACLS, PALS
