36 clinical hours and 4 administrative hours + on call per week. The Darby practice is pretty flexible regarding the schedule; however, the on-call requirement is non-negotiable.
Call details: Monday - Thursday on-call rotation, may be on call once or twice every two weeks, also rotate for weekends the same way.
15-20 patients/day
ACO clinical wraparound support services
In-network specialist referral
Point of care lab on site
EPIC EMR

Job Requirements:

Board Certified in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine
PA license (or willing to obtain)
DEA (or able to obtain)
Provider will be working with all ages - must have experience working with pediatrics-geriatrics
