Job Title: Radiation Oncologist (Locum Tenens)

Hours of Operation: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM (No call, no weekends)

Practice Setting: Outpatient Only

Patient Population: Adult

Required Procedures/Duties:

• Conventional Radiotherapy
• External Beam Radiation – IMRT
• Stereotactic Body Radiation Therapy (SBRT)

Requirements:

• Board Certified (REQUIRED)
• Ohio License (Preferred; willing to accept providers needing to obtain license and IMLC)
• BLS/ACLS Certified (REQUIRED)
