Needing 1-2 GIs for 24-hour inpatient for 6-9 months
10-20 shifts per month
Setting: Inpatient
FTE: 1-2
Duties: inpatient rounding, ER consults, inpatient procedures, possibly scheduled high-risk patients
Required Procedures: Colonoscopy, EGD, ERCP (preferred)
EMR: Meditech
Patients per Day: 8-12 procedures per day
Support Staff: CRNA, MDA, RN, Tech
Reason for Coverage: medical leave & physician departure
Around 10-15 census per day
Board Certified Gastroenterology - Required or Truly BE
Active OH License - Required
Clean Malpractice/background - Highly Preferred
