• Must have active state license
• BC or BE required
• Weekdays, Days, Call, Weekend call
• ATLS, ACLS and BLS required and provider must NM CSR and DEA certification
• 1 - 2 admissions per day
• Adult inpatient GS, laparoscopic appendectomy, laparoscopic cholecystectomy, scopes and trauma
• Credentialing needed
• DEA needed
• Paid malpractice insurance; pre-paid travel and housing expenses
• Assignment details and time entry in online portal
