• Monday to Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. schedule.

Qualifications

• MD or DO degree from an accredited program.
• Board-certified or board-eligible in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, or Geriatric Medicine.
• Current and unrestricted medical license or willingness to obtain a license in the state of practice
• Bilingual in English and Spanish(must be able to speak, read, and write fluently).
