- Provider must see all ages (fellowship not required)
- Brand new position for this site
- Outpatient only
- No call
- No weekends
- Part-time or full-time available
- Must be able to work at least 3 days a week
- Site offers medical, dental, and behavioral health services
- Work alongside a number of LMSWs and LMHCs
