Surgical Services: Neuro, Ortho
Peds EM Board Certified or Board Eligible (within 5 years of residency)/(ABEM/AOBEM/ABPEM) - Required
PALS/ATLS/BLS - Required
Active OH license - Required (will accept providers willing to obtain)
