Locums San Antonio, Texas, Emergency Medicine Float Pool Jobs

Clinical Role:

- Start Month: ASAP
- Providers Needed: (FT or #PT - # of shifts to cover): 500 hours/month
- Minimum # of Shifts Acceptable: Candidates must be willing to work 8-hour shifts anyone that requires longer shift times will not be considered.
- Certification Requirements: ABEM/AOBEM. For ABFM/ABIM must have current ATLS and significant ER experience
- The facility will not accept alternative boards
- ACLS, BLS (unless not ABEM/AOBEM then need current ATLS)
- Special services/backup specialties Typical of large hospital system
- Run codes on floor
- EMR System: Cerner
- Active TX License - Required
- Privileging Timeframe: 3-4 months depending on provider responsiveness
- Onboarding Requirements (Orientation/EMR training): Virtual EMR training, shadow shift
