• Must have active state license
• BC required
• Call, Weekend call, 24-hour shifts
• ERCP required
• 15 - 25 patients per shift
• Lower endo, colonoscopy, colonoscopy w/ polypectomy, laser, upper endo, control of bleeding
• Credentialing needed
• DEA needed
