• Must have active state license
• BC or BE required
• Days, Call, Weekend call
• ACLS and BLS needed
• 10 patients per day in clinic
• Heart failure experience with fellowship would be ideal (heart failure job both IP and OP)
• DEA needed
• Paid malpractice insurance; pre-paid travel and housing expenses
• Assignment details and time entry in online portal
