Description of Need:

Shifts per month covered by locums: up to 15 shifts a month (offer options)

Coverage Start/End Date: ASAP

Shift Start/End Times: 7a-7a

Required Life Certs (BLS, ACLS, FHM, etc):

Expected patients encounters per day: 9-12

Average Deliveries for Hospitalists:1-4

NICU Level: 2

Is Board Eligible Accepted? Yes

MFM on site?: No

Hospitalists to Provide GYN Coverage?: Yes

Hospitalists Required to Perform Circumcisions: No

Hospitalists Needed for First Assist:Yes

First Assist Available to the Hospitalists: Yes

Hospitalists to Backup Midwives: Yes

Backup Available to the Hospitalists:Yes

Typical Cases/Procedures: Deliveries, antenatal and postpartum care, respond to OB emergencies

Will There Be Residents: FP residents will rotate through OBED/L&D

• EMR system: Epic
• Credentialing Timeframe: 0 - 30 Days

REQUIREMENTS:

• Board Certified and will accept Board Eligible
• Active IL License
• 100 deliveries in past 24 months documented

COMPENSATION:

• Competitive Market Rate (rate based on availability, experience, certifications, housing, and transportation needs, etc.)
