Locum Dickinson, North Dakota, Emergency Medicine Job (IMLC Accepted)
  • Clinical Role:

    • Open Dates: Dec 21st 24th (7a 7p); ongoing dates
    • Shift: 7a-7p; nights 7p-7a
    • 1.5 patients per hour on average
    • 12 hours of mid-level assistance during peak hours
    • EMR - Meditech
    • Must be comfortable with all ages
    • A minimum of 250 case logs in the last year
    • The state of ND requires ATLS for any EM provider practicing in the state
    • Must be comfortable with all procedures (Intubations, Chest Tubes, Central Lines, Critical Care, Procedural Sedation, Airway Management OB/GYN and Deliveries, Adult and Pediatric resuscitation)
    • Feels more like a big hospital, but it's actually a critical access hospital. A lot of support staff that you find at a bigger hospital
    • Credentialing timeline; 4 weeks, or shorter. Will do temps
    • Client would prefer local candidates and will prioritize those over travel candidates
    • Must have PALS, ATLS, ACLS, DEA
    • ABEM preferred; FM/IM with extensive ED experience including Trauma (at least 3 years with a minimum of 250 case logs in the last calendar year, prior work in level II trauma center or academic center)
    • Required to be boarded
    • Active ND license or IMLC required - license preferred
