Schedule and Practice Details:

• 8a-5p for 3+ days/week
• Treat adults (20+) in an outpatient setting, seeing up to 20 PPD
• No call or nights required

Cases and Procedures:

• OBAT cases
• Help patients achieve the highest quality of life with evidence-based addiction treatment
• Provide coverage at 3 clinic locations (one assigned location/day)
• Assigned dedicated medical assistant for support

Qualifications:

• Board-certified in Addiction Medicine
• Licensed in Oregon
• DEA certification  

Location Highlights:
