Job Details:

• 2 practice locations currently open:
  - Mix of Family Medicine and Sports Medicine:Experience/training in Sports Medicine is preferred. 24-30 patients/day. Half FM/ half sports. IncludesGuided ultrasound injections, treating concussions, plain X-ray on site. Position will be aligned with the Orthopedics department and will have regular interaction with them.
  - Traditional Family Medicinepractice:Adult, Geriatric, and Pediatric. ProviderMUSTbe willing to see patients ages 5 years and up.
• Full-time negotiable schedule, depending upon the practice and current staffing
• On call 3-4 days per month
• 2-3 Exam Rooms Per Physician (depending on the location)
• Emergency Supplies Available: Defibrilator, Airway, IV Supplies, Etc.
• Lab onsite
• X-ray onsite
• EMR - EPIC

Job Qualifications:

• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine
• OH license (or willing to obtain)
• BLS, ACLS
