Locums Columbus, Ohio, Epileptology Job

  • Dates needed for coverage 7a-7a (Credentialing takes a min of 120 days)
    • April 2-13, 2025
    • June 30-July 6, 2025
    • July 21-27, 2025

  • Will be covering call at 3 sites
  • Practice Setting: Inpatient/hospital based
  • No daytime outpatient clinic
  • Must physically see all inpatients at all 3 sites all days including weekends plus night call
  • Percent of Practice: 90% Pediatric: 10% 16+
  • Percent of Trauma: Depends on the day, providers may see GSW and hypothermia
  • This would be outpatient EEG review
  • 95% of the Practice is Inpatient
  • No Rehab, sleep none
  • Hospital-Based Patients Per Locum Per Day: Max 8 per day
  • Other Neurologists will be present during the locums assignment
  • Physicians in Your Group: 14
  • Advanced Practice Providers in Your Group: 3
  • Lab Onsite
  • X-Ray Onsite
  • EMR: EPIC
  • Remote monitoring for EEGs is an option but an essential job request
  • Epilepsy Board Certified or trained - Required - no exceptions
  • Covid Vaccinated - Required
  • OH License - Required, no exceptions (not accepting IMLC)
  • BLS- Required
  • Local/drive in candidates - Preferred
