• 3 days per week: Tuesdays, Wednesdays, Thursdays -- total of 24 hours
• 8 am - 5 pm
• 1 day will be med checks only, average 8 - 10 patients
• 2 days will have 1 evaluation and 4 follow ups
• Credentialing needed
• DEA needed
