Schedule: Monday- Friday 8am-6pm then night call and 24hr call on weekends

Setting: Hospital

Duties: Responsible for referral to Interventional Radiology. Discuss cases with referring physicians and provide prompt service for the hospital and outpatient cases

Required Procedures:

Drain Placement

Biliary Interventions

Urologic Interventions

Hepatobiliary Interventions including TIPS

BRTO

GI Bleed Embolization

PE Thrombolysis or Thrombectomy

EMR: Cerner

Support Staff: RN and Techs

Reason for Coverage: MD departures

Board Certified Highly Preferred

Will consider candidates BC/BE in Radiology with IR experience

Active WA License Highly Preferred or IMLC

Fluoroscopy certificate Required, but can be flexible on this requirement

BLS, DEA Required
