  • M-F
  • 8a-4:30p
  • EMR-EPIC
  • Proposed start 12/1/24 and ongoing
  • No CALL
  • 100% outpatient
  • Adult only, new Oncology and new nonmalignant
  • 12-15 patients per day


  • REQUIRED:
  • MN or IMLC License
  • DEA
