Snohomish County, Washington Medical Director Post Acute Care

- This full-time medical director role will work 3.5 days a week providing patient care rounding and medical director duties in skilled nursing facilities in the Lynnwood, Washington, area
- You will have the flexibility to set up your preferred work schedule
- Responsibilities:
- Primary care rounding in skilled nursing facility
- Manage chronic disease, diagnose illnesses and medical conditions, and implement plan of care
- Collaborate with clinicians, facility leaders and others regarding care and services
- Build relationships with your patients, patients' family members, and facility staff to facilitate effective treatment delivery
- Medical directors duties for assigned facility
- Provide oversight, guidance, and mentorship to our clinicians
- Conduct clinical case reviews, as needed and share tools, information, and guidelines as they relate to quality of care
- Qualifications:
- A minimum of six months of primary care experience
- Post-acute care experience a plus, but not required
- Leadership background a plus but not required; training will be provided
- Active and unrestricted Washington license or application in process
- Active and unrestricted DEA or application in process
- Compensation and Benefits:
- Expected compensation is an estimated salary range of $240,000 to $332,000 annually with no cap productivity income potential. This full-time role is benefit eligible
