Snohomish County, Washington Medical Director Post Acute Care

    • This full-time medical director role will work 3.5 days a week providing patient care rounding and medical director duties in skilled nursing facilities in the Lynnwood, Washington, area
    • You will have the flexibility to set up your preferred work schedule
    • Responsibilities:
    • Primary care rounding in skilled nursing facility
    • Manage chronic disease, diagnose illnesses and medical conditions, and implement plan of care
    • Collaborate with clinicians, facility leaders and others regarding care and services
    • Build relationships with your patients, patients' family members, and facility staff to facilitate effective treatment delivery
    • Medical directors duties for assigned facility
    • Provide oversight, guidance, and mentorship to our clinicians
    • Conduct clinical case reviews, as needed and share tools, information, and guidelines as they relate to quality of care
    • Qualifications:
    • A minimum of six months of primary care experience
    • Post-acute care experience a plus, but not required
    • Leadership background a plus but not required; training will be provided
    • Active and unrestricted Washington license or application in process
    • Active and unrestricted DEA or application in process
    • Compensation and Benefits:
    • Expected compensation is an estimated salary range of $240,000 to $332,000 annually with no cap productivity income potential. This full-time role is benefit eligible
