• 30% Hematology
• 70% Oncology
• Adults only
• No Radiation Oncology on-site, but connection to Rad Onc team 5 miles from practice.
• No APP's in practice
• Documentation System/EMR: epic
• Practice Setting: Outpatient Free-Standing Community Cancer Center
• Average Number of Patients Per Day: 16-20

Job Requirements

• Board Certified
• Active IL license
• Provider that speaks Spanish -Highly preferred
• DEA
