• BC required
• Weekdays, Weekends, Days, Call, Weekend call
• BLS required
• 50 deliveries per month
• Must have done a minimum of 5 hysterectomies, 5 C-section & 50 deliveries in the past 2 yrs (OB/GYN)
• Credentialing needed
• DEA needed
• Paid malpractice insurance; pre-paid travel and housing expenses
• Assignment details and time entry in online portal
