SPECIALTY:OBGYN- Hospitalist

LOCATION: San Antonio, TX

JOB NUMBER: 48804

Position Details:

• 24 hour shifts
• 100% inpatient
• Locum physician is expected to engage with community physicians to support care continuity for their established patients
• 2+ patients/shift

Required skills:

• Low risk pregnancy
• high risk pregnancy
• FHR interpretation- NST/CST/FSE
• OB Ultrasounds - Performance of, interpretation
• Routine delivery including: vaginal, low forceps, decision-making for c-section
• Complicated delivery including; c-section, multiple births, abruptions, VBAC's
• Repair of 3rd and 4th degree lacerations
• Surgical gynecology
• Laser certification

REQUIRED:

• Medical degree from an accredited institution.
• Board certification -Obstetrics and Gynecology.
• TX state medical license and privileges to practice Obstetrics and Gynecology

COMPENSATION:

• Competitive Market Rate (rate based on availability, experience, certifications, housing and transportation needs, etc.
