• Must have active state license
• BC or BE required
• Weekdays, Weekends
• ACLS required
• 15 - 20 patients per day in clinic
• General outpatient ortho, shoulders, knee scopes, basic wrist, ankles and hand
• Credentialing needed
• DEA needed
• Paid malpractice insurance; pre-paid travel and housing expenses
