** Seeking 2 Physicians **

DETAILS:

• Rate structure: Travel/Lodging + *** Excellent *** Hourly rate.
• Facility 1 Cases: OB and GYN Full Scope. C Sections, minor gyn procedures, and any OB related procedures. ** Support Staff: Hospital Nursing Staff and OB Hospitalist who would also be working.
• Facility 2 Cases: In patient and ED patients. All OB and emergent GYN. ** Support Staff: Midwives and RNs

HOSPITAL INFORMATION:

• Facility 1:

o Hospital averages 65 births per month. 100% hospital based.

o OB Hospitalist Group sees all unassigned patients.

o Would cover the assigned patients.

o There is not a NICU at this location.

o Newborns needing NICU care are transferred to our sister hospital in Dover Delaware or the Nemours Childrens Hospital in Wilmington Delaware.

• Facility 2:

o OB GYN available to work independently with a diverse population in a friendly and collaborative work environment.

o Inpatient volume= @125 monthly births; NICU level= 2

REQUIRED:

• DE State license required or IMLC (LOQ in hand)
• Board Certification Board Certified, Board Eligible
• Residency Requirements/Fellowship OBGYN
• BLS, DEA.
• Case Logs 100 OB in 24-months + 25 GYN in 12-months.

SCHEDULE: COMMITMENT MINIMUM 6-MONTHS OR ONGOING.

• 24-hr call + Weekend.
• Availability needed: 7 24hr shifts per month at both sites.
• Multi-site privileging. Sussex (8a-8a); Kent (7a-7a).
• Target start date and duration: January 1st, 2025 Dec 2025 ongoing needs, possibly longer.
