o Clinical Setting:

• 90% Outpatient 10% Inpatient
• CALL: Our goal is to alternate call weeks with a second physician. Call would be 24/7 for that week and weekend and cover both practices established patients and hospital consults

o Schedule:

• Monday-Friday 8 am-4:30 PM

o Cases/Procedures:

• E&M, Consults, Follow-ups, Treatments
• Pluvicto if willing

o Clinical support:

• Will likely supervise a Locum APP

o EMR and Dictation Tools:

• EPIC/Dragon

o Required experience, training, and certifications:

• Board Certified or Board Eligible within the last 3 years
• BLS

o Case Logs:

• 3 months

o Consider IMLC or waiting for a license:

• Will consider IMLC

o Travel Accommodations:
