Job Description
Locums - Reading, Pennsylvania, Psychiatry Opening Clinical Role:

- 20-30 hours per week, days- flexible- must be attendance required for treatment team meetings. 8:00am-3:00pm
- Requirements: Monthly medication management of all current patients, psychiatric evaluations of new patients, Medication refills, some travel in the community to local personal care home or patients homes if needed, complete documentation as formatted, attend 2-4 tx team meetings in person or virtually weekly. All patients in program have diagnosis schizophrenia, schizoaffective d/o and Bipolar d/o
- Procedures Preferred:
- Medication Management
- Psychiatric Evaluations
- Medication Evaluations
- Coordination of Care
- Board Certified/Board Eligible Required
- Patient Load: ACT- 70 per month; Partial Hospitalization Program- 12 per week
- Additional Support Staff: Director, 3 nurses, 2 Administrative Assistants
- Solo and with members of Team
- EMR System: EPIC
- Clinic EMR: Some viewpoints
